Participation conditions

Registration fee includes: participation in conference and sections, forum’s materials, coffee-breaks and lunches, exhibition visiting, simultaneous translation into English, Wi-Fi in conference halls.

Payment of flat registration fee to 1st of April, 2012

Payment of flat registration fee to 1st of May, 2012.

Conditions for participation: Participant shall pay 100% of the amount within five (5) banking days from the date of invoice. Hotel reservation, airline and train tickets don’t include in registration fee.
In case of refusal to participate in the forum, Participants must send to the Organizer, a written waiver (the official letter confirming the receipt of the Organiser) to e-mail  or by fax +7 (812) 325-05-66 not later than 08.06.2012. Sum of the registration fee minus administrative costs represent (25% of the total value contribution) will be returned to Participant. In case of refusal to participate in the forum after 08.06.2012, the registration fee  IS  NOT REFUNDED in connection with the planned start-up costs, but the service is rendered properly and in full.
In the case of replacement of the representative of the Participant (name, position, etc.), information about the new representative sent in official letter not later than 10 working days before the Forum. Upon arrival, the participant must carry an identity document.
